About Andrew

I give you a different work out than most. I'm constantly making you move and keeping your body guessing. I like to come with a different approach when working than the typical work out you see in a gym. If you like to train hard and want to train like an athlete then I'm your trainer. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I can get you bigger, stronger, and faster if that's what you are looking for. Or if you just want to lose weight, I can help you with that. I can also train kids and help them reach their goal in sports, whether it's making their self confidence up or making their club or high school team, I can help out. Also if you are a serious athlete and want to get to the next level, I can also help you out with your goals.


My favorite client story

My very first success story is not even when I started to train clients. It would be one of my good friends Wilson. He had really no motivation to work out or keep active. But I kept pushing him and keeping on him to stay active and work out and now he lives in the gym. He tells me every time that if it wasn't for me, he would never have felt as good as he does now or be physically active that he is now.

My favorite exercise

I have a lot of favorite exercise, Ranging for power cleans, clean and jerk, deadlifts, squats, agility work, etc. I can't just choose one because I like them all. Simply put I like putting my body through hell and I like the feeling after a great hard work out.

My favorite quote

"Aut viam inveniam aut faciam." It means "I'll either find a way or make one.". Life always puts an obstacle in your way and either you find a way to over come it or make one.

My training experience

I'm currently working at Sports Performance Training along with training at Anytime Fitness near UCF(if you live around that area send me an email, call, or text and I'll be more than happy to train you there).I have over 500 hours in a Physical Therapy setting with rehabilitation. I have over 600 hours in a Human Performance setting(Spectrum Sports Performance). I also worked at Bally Total Fitness as a Personal Trainer.
