500 Hours of Theory and Practical application that includes but is not limited to: Program design in accordance with the NASM Optimum Performance Training model; Basic Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology; body fat analysis; and functional movement screening. Programs are designed for special populations, including but not limited to: youth, seniors, athletes, hypertensive, and arthritic. CPR and First Aid certification through the American Red Cross. Graduated with Highest Marks in both “Practical and Theory”
2015-2017: Director of Training and Personal Trainer at the Mt. Dora location. Responsibilities include performing fitness assessments and creating programs for new members to achieve fitness goals as efficiently as possible. Also leading group boot camp training and individual personal training for youth, adult and mostly geriatric clientele.
Today I run my own business helping clients for fat loss, muscle building, preparing for events, improving balance, core strength, as well as training athletes (youth and elite players) for soccer, basketball and other sports. I have worked with several youth, geriatric, couples, and clients with physical ailments and pains.
