I run a goals-oriented studio whose personal trainers are passionate, knowledgeable, and focused on our clients’ success.
I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in compound movements and interval training.
As a tightly-controlled Type 1 diabetic, I have an affinity for nutrition and low-glycemic living. Along
my own fitness path, I lost over 100 pounds and have maintained a healthy BMI for over 20 years.
I have experience in competitive lifting, endurance exercise, cross-training, and rehabilitation. I'm passionate about achieving and maintaining goals with a sustainable fitness lifestyle. I know that nutrition is key but also I've come to understand how to make it fit into real life situations for my clients, yielding great results and eating real food.
