VerifiedAbout Ealiane
I am here to help people that want to be helped and are willing to help themselves through this process. I became a personal trainer because I was in search for what makes me happy in life. My personal training business turned my life around completely. Therefore, I take training very seriously and only want clients that are serious in turning their lives around as well. No nonsense. No time wasting. I believe that there is always a mental attachment to the outward physical appearance and I work on getting both mental and physical aspects healthy. I am very honest and believe that by building a connection, I am able to assist you better in your health goals. Outside the gym I am down to earth and fun, but once that hour of training starts I am no longer your friend, but your trainer. Expect to work hard and be pushed. But, expect to feel your best and see results as long as you stick to my program and trust my process. After doing an analysis of your current state, I will create a recommended eating plan and a workout plan that we will follow. Along the way, together, we will adjust the plan as needed to guarantee success. Being that my goal is to help you with your fitness and health goals, I also offer a healthy meal prep program that will support your eating plan. I am truly a PERSONAL trainer, because with me it gets personal. I will cook for you if I have to, in order to show you proper ways of healthy cooking. I will do whatever is needed to get you well. I believe in overall wellness, so I am not the trainer that works you out and then leaves you. I am involved in more areas of your life because I believe that life's stresses and events affect our health, eating, and our motivation to change them for the better. You have the Power to Change your situation. Starts with mental. Be Fit. Be Healthy. Be Free.
My favorite client story
I have several favorite client stories. However, the one in particular that stands out the most is with a client of mine that I trained in 2011. She had almost given up on herself when a mutual friend of ours introduced us. She was a single mom, overweight, and too busy for herself. She seemed to be at her wits end. With a little bit of convincing, we started to workout together. After all the excuses and the "I don't have time for this", she let me train her. I talked to her about being the best mom for her kids, and that the only way to that was for her to ensure that she was at her healthiest and strongest in order to do everything that she is doing to take care of them. I explained to her that putting herself last was unbeneficial to her kids and mostly herself. It was hard at first, but she stuck with it, stuck with me; and as her pounds melted away, so did some of her stress. She became a new woman! A new mom! More energy, more smiles, MORE TIME! She is able to handle her BUSY LIFESTYLE, while being a healthy example to her kids. It's my joy to help others get healthy. Not only in their bodies, but their lives. It's part of my "Be Fit. Be Healthy. Be Free." motto. Getting to the "FREE" part is a great accomplishment.
