That’s why I enjoy getting the whole family involved with the fitness of my clients. Walks on the beach, bike rides, playing in the pool, and getting involved in outdoor activities are ways I enjoy exercising, and I highly recommend for my clients and their families. Our greatest support and success comes from our loved ones.
I feel that Fitness is the foundation to overall Health and Wellness and that getting fit is the first step to a new and healthy lifestyle. My number one goal is to help my clients reach their fitness goals and improve their family’s quality of life.
Whether you’re a high school athlete or fit over 55, you need balance, core strength, and flexibility. These are the personal goals I have for all of my clients and it reflects in my training style. I focus on all aspects of fitness and use functional training to gain: strength, endurance, posture, balance, stability, and flexibility.
