I became a trainer over a decade ago, when I was on my own fitness journey! After losing almost 50 pounds, I was motivated to help others become healthy too. I love to work with all types of clients, but I especially love working with those who are either new to working out, or are getting back into the swing of things after some time off and would like some extra motivation!
