My mission is to help clients reach their untapped potential. Health and fitness is a lifestyle so there's only one way to do it, full force. Together we are going to not only achieve your goals but help you develop the tools to be your own coach down the road. I am not the type of person to withhold information so pick my brain as much as possible. If I can't explain why you need to perform a certain task then I'm not doing my job to the fullest. I am here to make you the best version of yourself that you see for yourself. It's your vision, I'm just assisting in construction. I got into fitness to help people fail forward and figure out what works and doesn't work for the individual to reach their goals!
My favorite client story
I was helping an older gentleman with lower back issues and his one goal was to be able to hold his new born grandchild and be confident and stable. I implemented a movement at the end where I’d give him a weight plate and he’d mimic lifting a baby up and down as if he was playing with them. One day after we did it he broke down in tears telling me he just held his grandchild for the first time a few days ago
