My favorite client story
I was helping an older gentleman with lower back issues and his one goal was to be able to hold his new born grandchild and be confident and stable. I implemented a movement at the end where I’d give him a weight plate and he’d mimic lifting a baby up and down as if he was playing with them. One day after we did it he broke down in tears telling me he just held his grandchild for the first time a few days ago
