Hey there! I’m a certified female Master Fitness Trainer. My biggest passion is helping people like you achieve their health and fitness goals. I specialize in working with men and women aged 45 and above who want to get fit, lose weight, and improve their overall wellness. I focus on lower-impact modified training techniques that work with a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, physio balls, and bosu balls. We can also use whatever equipment you have at home! I customize each training program to your unique needs. We can go as slow or as fast as you like and as gentle or intense as you want. A Little Background
I’m also a certified corrective exercise coach and work closely with people who live with chronic pain or who are pre- or post-surgery. Fitness was always important to me. When I was in my thirties, I was injured playing tennis. I tore the cartilage in my knee and required surgery and physical therapy to recover. Then again, in my forties, I injured my rotator cuff and required intensive physical therapy with exercise training.
Because of these two injuries, I became certified in many different types of fitness training and nutrition to help people safely get in shape and stay in shape. I understand the importance of promoting safe, low-impact exercise to help regain and maintain optimal fitness.
My passion is to work to help people who have past injuries and impairments reach their fitness goals safely.

Get ready to hear an inspiring story! A wonderful 57-year-old lady who needed to lose 90 pounds while managing high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high glucose due to her unhealthy eating habits. Her doctor even suggested surgery, but she contacted me instead. Three days a week of fitness training might have felt like climbing a mountain at first, and I had to work hard to keep her motivated. But after two months, she had already lost 25 pounds and was getting stronger every day. What I love most is to make a real difference in someone's life, helping them become happier, healthier, and even enjoying exercise for life.
