Elyssa Ehredt
About Elyssa
Hi!
My name is Elyssa and training individuals has been my passion for almost 5 years now. I completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology, followed by my Master's Degree in Education of Health, Physical Activity and Chronic Disease. As you can see, I have aspired to make overall health and wellness my career. In the past, I have worked with rehabbing patients in physical therapy, all the way up to professional athletes. This has enabled me to learn to take each individual with a unique training approach in order for them to succeed in their personal goals. You can expect a session with me to be personalized to you through communication and feedback. I generally like to get the most out of every session, so you can expect a total body workout each meeting. I am excited to meet you and train with you!
