About Gina
Helping people live a healthy lifestyle is my passion. I started this journey nearly 25 years ago getting myself in shape and eating good whole food. I loved how I felt and wanted everyone to feel the same. Teaching people how to workout using good form and giving them a little push out of their comfort zone gives me personal gratification. When they start to see results and are doing things they never thought possible is the greatest reward.
My favorite client story
I once had a client who was overweight with Type 2 Diabetes when we started working together. After working together for about a year he not only lost the necessary weight but he also was diabetes free.
