About Hayley

Training is my passion: I love to help people become the best version of themselves. Health and fitness is a not a one-size-fits-all. My approach is developing personalized approaches for each of my clients. By working directly with me, you will learn how to eat better, move better, and over life a healthier lifestyle. I help my clients get to where they want to be --whether you want to be able to run a marathon, compete in a bodybuilding competition, not be in pain, I will help you! I have personally ran multiple half-marathons, competed in Spartan and Tough Mudder races, even took two 1st place trophies after by first Bikini Bodybuilding competition. Variety is key - with exercise and nutrition. My training style is fun - you won't be bored when training with me!
