About Jamie

You don’t need to be “in shape” before you start. You just need someone who knows how to help you move forward.

I know this firsthand. I’ve experienced a dramatic transformation in my own life, going from 361 pounds and 53.6% body fat to becoming a stronger, more capable athlete and certified personal trainer. The number on the scale is only part of that story. Along the way, I learned that real transformation comes from building strength, developing consistency, working through setbacks, and learning to trust what your body can do.

That experience shapes the way I coach.

I’m not interested in giving you a cookie-cutter workout and telling you to simply “push through.” I want to understand where you are now, where you want to go, and what it will take to get you there.

As a certified personal trainer, I focus on strength training, functional fitness, and building the confidence and consistency that make progress sustainable. My coaching style is supportive, encouraging, and challenging when you’re ready for that next step.

I work with people at different stages of their fitness journey—from those who are completely new to strength training, to people returning after time away, to those who want to become stronger and improve their performance. I believe there’s no single “right” way to train. The right program is one that is built around you.

That means learning the movements, building a strong foundation, finding the right progressions and regressions, and gradually challenging yourself as your abilities grow. I’ll celebrate your wins, help you work through the frustrating days, and hold you accountable without making you feel judged.

My goal isn’t just to make your workouts harder. It’s to help you become stronger, more capable, and more confident than you were when we started.

If you’re ready to stop wondering whether you can do it and start finding out what you’re capable of, I’d love to work with you.
