My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise, for myself, is HIIT training (high intensity interval training). I like the fast pace of this style, I enjoy a collection of different types of exercises that include strength, cardio and balance all roled into one workout.
My training experience
I have been working as a personal trainer for 6 years and love what I do. I spent 18 years as a paralegal and fitness enthusiast. My passion is helping my clients achieve their goals, which have included working with individuals who want to lose weight, recovering from cancer treatment or surgery, pre-hab for bilateral knee replacement, clients with metabolic conditions wanting to remove or reduce medications, company's offering health and wellness to their employees, softball and swimming athletes, pre and postpartum moms, brides/grooms, fire fighter exam, and many other satisfied clients.
