I'm a former Marine and a father to 3 boys. Every year these boys remind me that I want to stay fit and healthy so I can participate and enjoy in what truely matters in life. Yes I can help you get skinny, fit, sexy, and healthy. But what you'll also get along the way is things such as confidence, feeling comfortable in your own skin, more energy, a better general feeling about yourself, and less pain.
With more than 10 years of experience I got my start in the United States Marine Corps. After the Marine Corps I began and developed my academic career and background. I have extensive experience training people for weight loss, strength gain, performance and even around and through chronic pain and conditions. I have a Masters in Exercise Science as well as the industry's top certifications, however degrees and certifications are only as good as the experience you get to compliment them.
