My favorite client story

It's hard to choose a favorite client story because each of my clients have different individual goals. To give one example, a client recently went from zero exercise to completing a half marathon within a year of training. Most importantly, his whole lifestyle changed from mostly sedentary to active and healthy.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is a squat combined with a biceps curl and a shoulder press. This exercise is a time saver because you can hit multiple body parts at once.
