Hi I'm Nathan Musser and I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. What that means is that I basically spent the last year and a half studying fitness related Textbooks and learning as much as I could about the human body and how to train it both physically and mentally... soo you don't have to! :D
As a child I fell into a pattern of unhealthy eating and lack of physical activity and became overweight. It wasn't until about 5 years ago that I decided enough is enough and I needed to make a change. I stopped drinking soda and started eating healthier, which with my mountain dew addiction was a real challenge. I was drinking about a 12 pack of the stuff daily... (told you I was unhealthy) Within 6 months I'd lost about 40 lbs! Now I wasn't fat but I still was in no means fit. I was what some would call "skinny fat" and while I definitely looked and felt better I was in no means where I wanted to be. Soo I decided to give weight lifting and traditional bodybuilding a try.
My favorite exercise
I have many favorite exercises.
For back I like Chinups and Barbell rows.
For chest definitely Dumbbell Bench Press.
For Legs it's gotta be Barbell Squats and Deadlifts
I also really enjoy doing Yoga and running outdoors.

My training philosophy
Take it slow in the beginning! it's best to start out slow and get used to exercising regularly first, remember the only bad workout is the one you didn't do. (or the one that is too much for you to handle that you are rushing into haphazardly)
