About Rebecca
I’m a trainer who really understands what it’s like to start from scratch and build yourself up through consistency and hard work. I went from little running experience to completing marathons, lost 20 pounds along the way, and went through a full body recomp — so I’ve personally lived the process my clients are going through. I know how challenging (and rewarding!) it can be, and I bring that empathy into every session.
A typical session with me is high-energy, supportive, and focused on proper form, smart strength training, and moving with purpose. I like to keep things fun while still helping clients make real progress toward their goals.
I’m currently a student-athlete in a Division I cheerleading program, and I grew up doing gymnastics, so I have a strong background in athletic training, body control, and movement quality. I love working with clients who want to get stronger, feel more confident, and build healthier habits — whether you’re just starting out or already active and looking to level up.
