About Brandon

I come from over 8 years of experience training individuals with various levels of fitness and ability. I began my career in personal training in college when I met my first client who had multiple sclerosis. This taught me to view individuals based on their capabilities, not their limitations. I made a recent shift towards corporate personal training and am currently based out of Philadelphia.

I train individuals of all fitness levels, while specializing in weight management (losing fat or gaining muscle). I have had tremendous success with clients in reducing pain, restoring proper movement patterns, improving posture, and making fitness a lasting habit. My favorite client story

My first client was a quadriplegic who couldn't walk. After helping her onto a leg press machine and building up her abilities over several years; she was able to perform over 75 repetitions of almost 100lbs. You can achieve your goals, no matter what they are!

My training philosophy

If you want to make a lasting change in your life, we need to find movements that you love to do. I will help you love movement as much as I do!

My training experience

I've been training clients for almost a decade now. I started while I was in college in 2013 and have been working with individuals ever since. I've worked for non profits that helped individuals with disabilities as well as brain and spinal cord injuries focus on basic movement patterns and rehabilitation. More recently I moved to corporate fitness and have been helping individuals stay fit while working remotely!
