About Daniel

Hello, my name is Daniel and I love being a personal trainer. 


 


My journey started with me wanting to change my body. Like many people, I’ve struggled with body image issues throughout my life. I’ve always been weak and scrawny. One day I decided I was gonna do something about it, so i joined a gym and haven’t looked back. The gym totally changed my life! It seemed to draw a confidence out of me that was missing. After a year of working out, I decided I wanted to gift what I had learned to others. Not just the physical benefits, but the psychological benefits as well. That is why I decided to become a personal trainer. Over the years, I have come across many types of clients with different functional issues I had never encountered. This forced me out of my bodybuilding comfort zone. I studied kinesiology and corrective exercise techniques. Learning how the body functions combined with my bodybuilding skills and experience helped me form a foundation for my training style.


 


With my training program, I focus on what the client wants while incorporating what the clients needs for their body to function properly. Aside from having a great track record of yielding results, with my training program you will experience improved confidence, Increased brain function, better posture and massive gains.

My training philosophy

My philosophy is do things right the first time. I utilize NASM’s opt model which establishes a base fitness level. From there I continue to progress you to harder movements based on goals.

My training experience

My training experience is unique. I’ve worked in a gym where the culture was weight loss, a gym where the culture was functional training and a gym where the culture is bodybuilding. I’m very experienced in all 3 areas along with rehad level corrective skills.

Who I Especially Like Working With

Great workout. I love working out with Daniel. He has these ingenious tweaks. Between big exercises he includes smaller ones that prepare the different muscles, and I can lift more without getting hurt. I find that in the same time, we get more done than when I work out alone, and knowing that Daniel is going to be there, I cannot sleep in or decide not to work because I'm tired.
