While I'm not a drill-seargant or a cheerleader, I take fitness and my client's results seriously. We have a great environment in our private state-of-the-art gym where clients truly look forward to their sessions. I work with a team, so if I'm not the best fit for you, I can pair you with someone who is.
My favorite client story
I enjoy any client who takes accountability. Few come in with it, but I take a lot of pride if he/she leaves with it. I don't want to claim any of my client's success stories as my own because they belong to them. I show them the road, it's up to them to walk it.

I had a few training sessions with Greg just before he left the city and he was able to set me up with a tailor-made routine geared towards my workout goals and schedule. In addition, the gym sessions where he was able to check my form were extremely useful since I have been going to the gym for years and unknowingly, I had adopted some bad habits. Greg was able to correct my form and motivate me to push through those last few reps in a safe manner. Greg was also able to provide a detailed list for food suggestions and help determine what my macro breakdown should be for my goals. Months later, I have been able to keep the motivation to continue my workout routines as I continue to see changes in my body. I am seeing better muscle definition and an increase in strength. I would highly recommend Greg as a personal trainer if you're looking to get out of a rut of a routine and need some variety or even if you're just starting out and need motivation and someone to check your form. "
My sessions with Greg started with an initial consultation of my short term and long term goals. I had already begun a diet routine which was proving weight loss results and Greg was able to help me take the next step by introducing me to an introductory exercise regimen to keep my progress moving forward. With Greg's guidance, I was able to move from my initial 15lbs weight loss to 37lbs down so far. And Greg's tips helped me maintain this loss through the difficult holiday season, when I'd typically give back all the progress I've made. I recommend Greg to anyone looking to get started and even to those that are already fit who perhaps just need so help with the finer aspects of fitness. You won't be disappointed.

Greg has been the best trainer I have ever worked with. I started following Greg's routines with building strength and mass as goals. He was able to custom make a routine and diet that allowed me to make noticeable gains in the weight room and in the mirror, without having to make too many sacrifices. He will keep you motivated and on course, and is an all around great guy. I would definitely recommend Greg to any other person looking for a trainer.
