Hope Nagy’s love of fitness is evident on both a professional and personal level. Coupled with her nearly 20 years of experience as a fitness professional is Hope’s dedication to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. A Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor, Hope devotes herself to helping clients change their habits, change their bodies and change their lives. She discovered her love for fitness while in college at West Chester University, when she became the mascot for a professional football team. At the core of Hope’s personal and professional success is her belief that there are absolutely no limits except for the ones that we place on ourselves, and that reaching our fitness goals improves all areas of our lives. Hope has a no-excuse style, a positive and motivating personality, and a passion for helping others meet their goals, all of which makes her a highly sought-after personal trainer. Hope is the founder of MotivateHopeStrength Personal Training, and was named Philly’s Top Personal Trainer multiple times since 2011 in Philly’s Annual Hot List and Montgomery County PA’s Born and raised in Philadelphia, Hope is proud to be a contributor to many health & fitness publications including her personal fitness blog at on wordpress and she can be found on social media pages where she loves to share her fitspiration. She is also very involved in many local charity events such as The Philly Spin In for The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and SHOW US YOUR CANS -Turkey Bootcamp for Philabundance and is also a volunteer for her local Police Department. Hope is a passionate person who believes that everyday you have a choice to be happy or miserable. Hope has a lot to be happy for everyday. As a trainer and one who promoted the importance of taking care of ones body, Hope learned in 2016 she was born with a congenital heart defect and would need open heart surgery for a new Aortic Valve. Two weeks later she was back in the gym reminding her clients that this is why we train.... for life unexpected surprises. So when cancer came knocking soon after, Hope won that battle and once again proved that her strong mind and body can not only win that fight but work while doing it too. Ask her clients who never seem to leave her. It's hard to find an excuse when your trainer came to train you from her radiation treatment. Life is a gift to Hope and exercise is a present we give ourselves each day.

Virtual training has always allowed Hope to connect with clients from all over. Now more than ever she has been able with her virtual experience keep her in person clients still physically and mentally in shape through these tough times.  As a trainer she wants to educate you on how to exercise and use proper form. She was not taught at a chain style gym where they like to confuse the client to rely on the trainer. Her goal is to make you the trainer of your own body so that you can go or now stay anywhere and feel confident  to exercise correctly. There is a method to this madness she likes to say..... if you want results then you have to train the right way.
