My favorite client story
I had a client in Boston, whom I began training in her very small bedroom. She dealt with depression and anxiety, and the thought of training outside frightened her. But once she saw the amazing progress we were making, she not only requested that we train outdoors, but developed a love for the natural movement training that we focused on, which included running. Last month, she ran a total of 50k, and reached 35lbs lost. She is now in love with kickboxing and overall wellness. And it all started in a tiny bedroom.
My favorite exercise
Natural/functional, yoga, functional movement, mobility, and traditional weightlifting exercises are my absolute favorite! I love exercises that tap into our natural human rhythm.

My training philosophy
Find a physical activity that you love (basketball, yoga, golf, rock climbing, etc.), and train for that activity. Don't train for looks, train for love and life, and the aesthetic will come along with that.
My training experience
In my 17 years of personal training experience, I've gone from getting sucked into what the media says I should be doing, to finding my way to the type of training that I love, and that trains me for my life, not someone else's. Now I no longer stress about a workout schedule or missing a day or anything like that. I move daily, I rest as needed, and I am the healthiest I've ever been. This allows me to train my clients the same way, and to have the same health, self-confidence, happiness.
