My training philosophy
A Lifestyle change is beginning a new relationship with yourself, New eating habits, new way of thinking, (reprogramming the way you think of yourself), new ways of doing everyday activities, eating, drinking, breathing, working out, sleeping, and it becomes as second nature as waking up and brushing your teeth, it all starts from within, and for alot of people it is hard to decipher the two.
My training experience
I have successfully taught many of clients the difference and showed them how important it is to change from within, some of these clients are still with me to this day, and they look and feel the best they ever have in their lives, and have become happier people for themselves, and their family, significant others, friends, coworkers, etc.

I hadn’t gone to the gym in years, and Mike was very patient. He put together a regimen that helped ease me back into a routine, and was very attentive to my needs. I was over 200 lbs when I started Mike’s program, and by the end of that year, I had lost about 15 lbs! Mike made going to the gym something to look forward to, and while he kept us focused on our exercises and goals throughout our sessions, he was super friendly. I’d highly recommend Mike as a personal trainer, he really gets it.
Mike is super knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated how he took the time to break down form and really keep track of my progress. Also when we had to go remote during the pandemic, Mike made these really great custom workouts that I could do at home with limited equipment. 10/10 recommend!

I totally recommend Mike as a trainer. Changed my body completely and taught me all the tricks in the kitchen. Very knowledgeable. I have moved out of Philadelphia because of work reasons, and i still have him train me. Keeps me motivated even if im hundreds of miles away. Till this day he is the only trainer i trust that will help me make my body improve.
