Rebecca is a Certified Barre Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Kickboxing Instructor. Her group classes incorporate alignment based ballet warm-ups, Pilates, and functional movement for strength and endurance training. Her personal training sessions are tailored to her individual client's goals and needs in order to inspire and strengthen. She keeps her mind sharp and muscles moving with continuing fitness education to benefit her clients. Rebecca is also an actor, artist, and dog lover. Her Shiba Inu, Kitsune, keeps her on her toes when she isn’t at the barre or gym.
