About Seth

You don’t have to be better than anyone else, you just have to be better Than Before. I started Than Before Fitness, LLC because I believe everyone is capable of self-improvement. This includes becoming stronger, fitter, healthier, and happier...THAN BEFORE. I offer both in-person and online fitness coaching. I specialize in building muscle, fat loss, mobility, and even athletic performance. I have played sports my entire life and transitioned to a life of fitness after recovering from an ACL tear surgery. I am willing to work with anyone!

Seth is an all around good trainer, but the best thing about him is he proves to be trusting with what he does for your workout goal. He guides you in a great direction & is available to questions around the clock. I still continue my journey to stay at my goal & he keeps workouts interesting & fun not the same boring stuff every workout. My younger brother workouts with seth as well. I’d recommend him to anyone!
