About Veronica

I am Veronica. I have been training people for over 10 years. I teach cardio boxing, light weight training,HIIT Cardio, Strength and Conditioning track workouts, and Booty building workouts for women. I love to cater workouts to adjust to my clients body type. I will customize workouts based on a client's strength and their weaknesses. Since every client is different I try to cater each workout to fits their body type needs.

My training experience

I have been training for over 10 years. I had my own fitness studio for 2 years where I taught cardio boxing classes and glow in the dark group workouts on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Due to COVID-19 sadly my fitness studio is no longer open. Looking to find a new home for my one on one personal training sessions again.
