My favorite client story
I had an elderly gentleman of 65 years come to me because he struggled with weight 285lbs, had type 2 diabetes, struggled with PTSD and had little endurance and energy. Using my training methods and incorporating HIIT and Martial Art Techniques, after 6 months my client had greater endurance, increased energy, went down to 225lbs, no longer had to take diabetes medication and is living a healthier and happier life.

My training philosophy
I believe in addressing the core first as it is fundamental for the peak performance of all other parts of the body. I strive to heighten functionality through balance and stabilization, movement and load training. Then I will strive to improve cardiovascular efficiency through aerobic and anaerobic training. Overall you will experience increased flexibility, cardio vascular endurance, increased strength and optimal health.
My training experience
I have trained fitness classes in cardio kickboxing, spin and Body Pump. I have taught Martial Arts for almost 20 years. I have been a college level athlete in football. I have trained in applied science, studied anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics. I have college credits in health and fitness and nutrition.
