I have been into competitive sports for many years, both as a triathlete and bodybuilder. Currently I still train for some running events but not on a schedule. Personal training is not my job but rather my passion, I am a peoples' person, my mission is train clients to be their best self ,beyond their time with me. Change only happens when you change, your routine, your nutrition , your mindset. Sleep, nutrition and exercise are the foundation of good health and in that order.
