About Jordan
I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2017 and have spent my career helping clients build strength, improve their health, and gain confidence through fitness. I began my career in Minnesota, where I worked in a corporate gym environment and coached hundreds of clients with a wide range of goals and fitness levels.
After moving to Arizona in 2020, I launched my own personal training business, allowing me to provide individualized coaching and customized programs focused on strength, performance, and long-term health. In addition to personal training, I currently serve as a firefighter, where physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork are essential parts of my daily life.
Fitness is not just something I teach—it's something I live. I have completed five marathons, and in 2022 I performed more than 38,000 chin-ups to raise money for suicide prevention. I am passionate about helping others discover what they are capable of and creating an environment that encourages growth, confidence, and lasting results.
My favorite client story
One of my favorite client success stories involves a young man in his twenties who came to me with virtually no experience in the gym. Over time, we worked together to build both his strength and his confidence. I had the privilege of watching him transform physically by gaining the muscle he wanted, but the changes went far beyond his appearance. His confidence grew in his dating life, at work, and in everyday situations. Seeing someone discover what they are capable of and carry that confidence into all areas of life is one of the most rewarding parts of being a trainer.
