About Michelle
Back in 2019 I decided to try out for women’s tackle football. I’ve always been an avid supporter for my son and grandson. While training for football I found that I was not in the best of shape lol so that’s when I decided to learn the basics.
While learning about the basics I fell in love with fitness and decided to become a certified personal trainer. Ever since then I’ve been helping women get motivated to achieve their fitness goals and to love fitness as much as I do.
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.
