About Rachael
My training focuses on helping women reach their health and fitness goals through resistance training (free weights, resistance bands, cables, etc) and cardio exercises (HIIT and cardio circuits). I specialize in helping mothers who are looking to feel amazing in their bodies again! As a mom of 2 boys, I can relate to the struggles of not feeling like yourself after having kids and going through all of the changes of pregnancy and postpartum. As a certified Fit for Birth pre and postnatal exercise specialist, I have both educational and personal experience for helping moms find the right exercise program for their unique bodies. I desire to help moms feel strong, empowered, and confident in the gym and in themselves!
As a certified Level 1 Precision Nutrition coach, I also help my clients establish healthy eating habits and design custom nutrition programs to help them reach their goals!
All of my clients have access to my personal training app where all of your workouts are saved and your progress is tracked. The app also provides nutrition tracking and Apple Watch/Fitbit integrations! Notifications keep me up to date on your activity so you always have accountability on your fitness journey!
With my work, educational, and personal experiences and over 10 years of dance training, I am always inspired by the amazing capabilities of the human body and have a strong desire to help my clients reach their true potential. I’m a firm believer that regardless of circumstances, we are all meant to move and continuously be challenged to grow and build new strengths.

My training philosophy
Anyone can exercise regardless of circumstances. You're never too far gone and it's never too late to start an exercise program and make healthy lifestyle changes. The starting point might feel slow and painful but it's progress! The more you stay consistent the easier it gets.
