Health and fitness is my passion. Without a healthy body we a prone to all sorts of issues. My goal is to help my client find their true why (why do they want to be fit, why do they want to eat better) and then cater a plan to help them reach that why. I am extremely client focused and work to the best of my ability to make sure the client needs always come first. We have one body in this lifetime, why not make it the best body it can be!
My training philosophy is to empower those who are ready in their journey to self improvement by prioritizing physical fitness and health nutrition.
In a typical training session, I will use the "tell, show, do" model. I will tell the client what exercise to perform and why, show the client how to do the exercise, and then have the client perform the exercise while making the necessary corrections in form or posture. I will also offer encouragers which will help the client see the workout until the very end.
