You have the option of taking "in person classes", LIVE online classes, or doing virtual personal training sessions with me.
I have worked as a Group Fitness Instructor for 6+ years now and am experienced in different varieties of exercise, along with having the pleasure of working with all levels and abilities. Along with teaching group classes, I expanded into Personal Training so that I can personalize my services to help individuals to improve their "quality of life". My focus is on beginners to exercise and those 45+ in age. My goal is to get my clients to enjoy a better quality of life and enjoy exercise. Movement can be fun.
I enjoy working with people in their pools as I am an avid pool fitness instructor. I have a YouTube channel of exercise videos that I share with others as I enjoy getting people excited about exercising in their pools. I have battled with my own health issues and know how difficult it can be to commit to a fitness routine. I do understand that not everyone can do all things and I have experience modifying exercises to meet the individual. I appreciate the changes in our bodies as we age and help you to keep and restore some of those things that change along the way. Whether you are needing seated exercises, pool exercises, or more advanced exercises, I can help you find the right path to find the motivation and enjoyment of being active and leading a healthier lifestyle.
No matter how long you’ve been inactive, I can help you develop a program suited to your needs and abilities, in a supportive and positive manner, with sessions held in the comfort of your own home/fitness center. You will find that you can benefit from exercise, no matter what your current physical condition is. It’s never too late to be fit.
My favorite exercise
Squats. I know most people don't like these, but I know this is a fundamental movement that uses major muscles and we need these muscles to stay strong to keep us moving throughout life. Think about how many times you get up and down out of a seat a day.....

Understand my clients needs and wants. Find out what motivates them. Help them achieve their goals. I want to make their quality of life better and make them truly enjoy moving and exercise.

6+ Years of Group Fitness Instruction (Step Aerobics, Circuit, Tabata, Bootcamp for Active Older Adults, SilverSneakers, Strength & Balance, Walking Group, Aqua Fitness, TRX, ViPR). I have also been trained in the YMCA's Livestrong Program for Cancer Survivors.

I can't say enough good things about Stacy. She makes exercise fun ,workable and achieves great results ! Stacy keeps a close eye on everyone to make sure there is no stress or strain on anyone. Her class is the most fun I have all day. The class is also a delightful social event for me and sets me up with a big smile that lasts until the next session :<)
Stacy is a wonderful instructor. I like that every session is different. No boredom! She always approaches things in a positive manner. This encourages me to challenge myself more. You not only work hard but have fun too! I can honestly say the only reason I’ve gotten this far is because of her.
