Research and experience is making it clear to more and more active individuals every day that you absolutely DO NOT NEED a gym, heavy weight sets, or fancy cardio machines to be healthy, strong, lean and balanced.
In fact, optimal fitness can be achieved far more efficiently using nothing but your own body weight and basic exercise equipment*.
