In my 17 years as a performance coach/personal trainer, I have had the privilege of working with people of various ages and levels: from children to the elderly; professional athletes to weekend warriors; and injury recovery and weight loss. I have played professional sports myself (3 years minor-pro hockey and 3X competitor on American Ninja Warrior) and understand the mindset and commitment needed to be successful. This wide variety of experience allows me to relate to every client and find the most efficient way for them to succeed! My passion is helping people become the best possible version of themselves.

My favorite client story
My client, Michael, has had 4 knee surgeries!
He plays goalie in a rec hockey league and was (unsurprisingly) considering retiring because of knee pain. Despite those past knee issues, he trained faithfully in my programs. Now he is back playing hockey completely pain-free!!!
Plus he dropped a ton of fat in the process. And he is in his 60's!!

I love lunging!
Lunges (and all their variations) are great for building athleticism as well as great physiques.
We can scale them (make them harder or easier) as needed.
