My favorite client story
I am working with someone who has a lot on their plate like most of my clients. Family, work, and other obligations made things difficult for her but since she's started with me she has developed a plan for success. This client has of 8/15/17, lost over 100lbs in less than 12 months! She has not yet reached her goal but we are well on our way! Another current client of mine who just became a mom has lost over 12 pounds and is feeling strong after just 8 weeks and is still seeing much progress despite being limited by family and work obligations.
My favorite exercise
I love lower body movements, especially the squat and deadlift. A lot of what we do on a daily basis, especially those with desk jobs, really works against us and we start to get weaker. Improving range of motion and your strength within the squat and deadlift will definitely help improve quality of life both presently and in the future.
