It is important to me to promote accepting our bodies and capabilities exactly as they are in the present moment and appreciating what they do for us every day. I value making training as fun and enjoyable as possible, and celebrating my clients' successes together with them.
By creating a supportive and encouraging environment, I help my clients take their health and fitness journey one day at a time while focusing on long-term adherence.
I never sugar-coat the truth, I am honest and direct, and tough when I need to be to push my clients past what they think they are capable of.
I have a been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since June 2019, and I have been training myself since 2013.

My training philosophy
Find something you enjoy and can see yourself sticking to! I'm not going to torture you with anything I think you "should" be doing, even if you hate it. Exercise is so important and very personal, there is no one-size-fits-all.
My training experience
Before getting my certification, I was completely self taught. Now that I have all the knowledge from ACE, I can combine my own experience and exercise science to build the best program for my clients.
I have been strength training for ten years and running for about 9 years.
