Great to meet you! After finding a healthy, balanced relationship with fitness in midlife I feel better in my 40s than I did in my 30s, or even in my 20s. My goal as your trainer is to help you find a way to make fitness a part of your life - not your entire life - and to achieve meaningful yet realistic goals. My favorite exercise
It might be the pull-up. They're challenging, but once you're finally able to get your chin past the bar for the first time you basically feel like a super hero. A close second might be the good old push-up, since you don't need any equipment and you can modify based on your needs and abilities.

I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a background in leadership and coaching. Before entering fitness, I spent over a decade leading customer success and support teams, where my role centered on helping people develop, stay accountable, and succeed.
