...Hello! Currently I am taking only virtual clients - I have some who prefer simple online coaching with weekly/bi-weekly check-ins and do the workouts I provide on their own, while other prefers to do a virtual call while working out. Whichever way works for you!
I typically work with female clients (including postpartum mamas!) - I just had my daughter 6 months ago and love helping other moms on their PP journey. But, of course I also work with other clients who are new to fitness, or are beginners. We will work together to create the best workout plan and how we can acheive your goals!
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercises are anything leg or back related! I love working on growing my glutes and strengthening my core after having my baby!
