My name is Felicia, and I am an ACE-certified personal trainer. I develop and lead women with customized, results-focused, and science-based strength training programs that help them achieve their individual goals. A work-out with me is fun, never-boring, challenging, and focused on helping you achieve YOUR goals.
Here is the process: We have a brief video or phone chat regarding your background, lifestyle, goals, and more. Next, I conduct an individual screening session with you focused on identifying muscle imbalances, faulty movement patterns, and key baseline measures. This ensures that we address potential issues that may hamper your progress BEFORE adding significant resistance to your body.
I design and deliver a written, customized fitness program for you and coach you through each session, modifying as necessary.
Please note a travel surcharge of $10 or more may apply to in-home or alternate and gym training locations.

I was long overdue getting back in the gym. Felicia spent the time to first evaluate my fitness level and areas where I needed to strengthen. She built a workout plan that was specifically designed for me. As an added plus to feeling stronger and looking tighter, my stiff upper "computer" backache is no longer. Felicia is a professional and keeps me challenged to see results, yet making sure that my form and the weights used are right.

Felicia is awesome! She has great availability and makes it easy for you to book appointments through her online scheduling system. She takes her time getting to know you and your body and creates a very doable strength training plan. She also has great flexibility with her meeting location, your gym, her gym, she’ll make it work and show you exactly what to do. 10/10 would recommend her!
Felicia is awesome! I was new to strength training and she taught me proper form and various techniques to get the most out of my workouts. She takes the time to customize your workout plans and is very receptive to feedback if you don’t like something or want to tweak your plan. She’s great at communicating and truly wants to see you grow and progress throughout your fitness journey.
