My Tools, I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years, I currently work as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, blogger and operate my own business. Throughout my career, I've worked with variety of clientele of all age groups and fitness levels.
I earned a MS in Health Education from Hofstra University and a BA in Physical Education with a Minor in Parks and Recreation Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I'm a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council of Exercise, which is an NCCA accredited organization.
