I am the owner/head trainer of Rhode Island Strength and Conditioning. We specialize in small group and 1 on 1 training for general fitness, team sports, martial arts, and power lifting. Sessions can be booked individually or in 2,4, 8, and 10 session packages.
Regardless of the package the 1st session typically runs 90mins to have time to discuss training goal and get basic movement screens done prior to starting the training day.
Subsequent training sessions typically run 45mins to an hour depending on the training day. All multi-session programs also come with unlimited use of our main facility for workouts in-between sessions.
I am currently only accepting new clients at the gym location. Due to sheduling and gas prices, I am unable to take on new home clients for the forseeable future.

My training philosophy
The main philosophy behind the training is to leave better than you came in each day. Progress requires patience, but small daily wins stack up to big wins as time goes by.
