Christina began her love of fitness in the early 1990’s when she went to massage school in California and took up mountain biking, snowboarding, weight training and yoga. It wasn’t until 2016 that Christina decided to pursue a new career path where she could take her love of fitness and her knowledge of the body to become a Certified Personal Trainer with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition to the trainers certification she has attended a NASM live FIT workshop, got a Yoga certification with AFAA an affiliate of NASM called Sunrise Yoga, attended a two day NSCA approved workshop at Be Stronger Fitness on training the older adult. Christina has worked in 2 different gym facilities in Sacramento working with adult Women and Men in both one on one training sessions as well as small group fitness classes and larger group fitness classes with up to 20 attendees. Christina has also taught yoga classes in both the flow and restorative styles in a gym setting.
