Chris has been working with me 2-3x a week for the last month and I look forward to every workout. I went this route because i dont' have a lot of time to work out so I needed flexibility and targeted workouts. Starting day one he has helped me get the most out of each individual movement by coaching and adjusting my form. My favorite part of hiring Chris as my personal trainer has been feeling myself getting stronger using the personalized workout and nutritional plan he tailored to my needs and goals. He continously encourages me to lifting weights that alone I probably would have never thought I was actually strong enough to lift, and I greatly appreciate being able to see myself truly reach my full potential and the most our of every workout! Super great coach, highly highly recommended.

I’ve been working with Chris on and off for over 3 months now. I’m pretty consistent at going to the gym on my own but wasn’t seeing any results. Having the 1:1 training and some guidance on food choices has really helped. I’ve toned up and feel stronger! I can’t speak highly enough of Chris! He is knowledge without arrogance. He is motivational without harshness. I was an athlete in my younger years and had some great coaches well into my 20s and even trained with Olympic athletes in my early 30s. Chris is right up there with that caliber.
