Lugohst is one of the most outstanding trainers I’ve ever come across!! He is creative, passionate and intense in his work. And most importantly he will push you to become best version of yourself!!
Gus is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! He worked through my goals and what I want to eat to adapt to my life style. He didn’t tell me to limit things I love but how to balance those items into my goals. He works with your schedule when to me and available through out the day with questions/advice. He’s also an awesome trainer in the gym. He pushes you out of your comfort zone. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer to help with your physical and mental goals!
Gus is one of the best trainers I’ve ever got to work with. He is really knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and always is super helpful. Gus is a great motivator and is always helping to give certain progressions if workouts are too easy or modifications if I struggle with exercises. He is really fun to work with and I highly recommend him!
Lughost is very knowledgeable when it comes to the body and personal training. One of the best personal trainers in San Antonio. Hours are flexible as well.
I usually never leave reviews, but I just had to let people know what a incredible personal trainer Gus is!!!! He works with your body type, and pushes you to go harder each day which makes it so much fun to go! My goals are to lose body fat and become more tone. Each session was different. We worked on back,arms,shoulders, and legs! Lifted and even did cardio! & ladies I know what you are thinking. You are too scared you will look too “bulky”, if you lift, but you need to lift to tone up. No way around it!!! My body looks and feels great, seeing a lot of definition in my arms and legs! Overall great trainer, with energy that will make you want to come back everyday, very knowledgeable about nutrition, flexible, and is always available when need be!! Thanks so much Gus for the amazing opportunity to help me better myself!! What are you waiting for? SIGN UP ALREADY!!!!!!
Gus is more than your average personal trainer. He is skilled & gifted in his craft & his passion for his work is evident in his attitude and his clients’ gains & outcomes. He is constantly learning enabling him to continuously give you more. He is skilled in anatomy and focuses on improving your physical health with an eye for detail and injury prevention that you don’t see often.
