Hi everyone! My name is Isabel but you can call me Izzie or Coach Izzie! I am a Certified Advanced Fitness Specialist based in San Diego, California. Before obtaining my certification through Southwestern College, I was an intern at GreenSpeed Training in Chula Vista, where I worked for a period of time. My time at GreenSpeed has given me the experience of working with everyone from students, young adults, members of the military, and older adults. I believe everyone has potential to improve their fitness and develop lifelong healthy habits. I currently offer training at GreenSpeed seven days a week and can accommodate my clients schedules.
