Hello! I am certified through ACE as a personal trainer and have over 10 years of experience with endurance, speed, and strength training for athletic performance. My athletic background is competing in track (400 meter, 800 meter, and mile) and cross country in high school for four years and one year in college. I like to include weight training, body weight exercises, cardio, and sprint training in my weekly exercise routine. Two hard intensity workout days, two medium, and three easy days building towards your goal. Daily stretching/mobility work to stay limber and injury free.

I have experience training client's to lose weight and get more toned through lifting, calisthenics, sprinting, endurance running, and High Intensity Interval Training workouts.
