About Luke
Hello! My name is Luke Dixon. I have been working as an ACE certified personal trainer for 2 years. My training style is to incoporate a variety of calisthenics(body weight exercises) and dumbell exercises to maximize workouts. I work with a wide range from beginner to those who are already working out but are trying to get consistent quality workouts in. I would like to help you with your fitness goals whatever they may be!
About myself and athletic background: I grew up in the east San Diego county. I have recently relocated with my wife and our baby son to La Crosse, Wisconsin. At a young age I developed a love for living an active lifestyle and exercising through playing sports: soccer, basketball, and surfing. I competed in running the 4x400meter relay, 800 meter, and 1 mile races well as competing in Cross Country in HS and College.
My favorite exercise
Lunges and lunge variations because it helps improve balance, strength, and mobility.
My training experience
I have 2 years of experience personal training. I work with clients to lose and maintain body weight and improve their flexibility, strength, and overall conditioning.
