Over 10 years experience working as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach for amateur and professional athletes alike. Originally from the UK and working in a wide range of sports including Soccer, Rugby, Cricket and individual sports, Ollie incorporates his high level of knowledge in Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Kinesiology and Strength training to provide fun, effective training sessions and education for every person he works with.
Structured sessions that include attention to detail with technique, exercise selection and execution. Typical sessions will include warm ups including mobility and activations, weight lifting, athletic movements and technique.
