What do you enjoy about the work you do? Anyone can become a personal trainer, a licensed professional. But, it takes a truly empathetic individual to care about how you truly feel. I care. Seeing you meet your goals isn't what this is all about. Personal Training with MooreFitness is about creating the YOU that you can live with the rest of your life. To be able to wear that dress you love, wearing those swim trunks by themselves, or getting ready for a wedding, those are things YOU may want. It is about how you'll feel. What's going to happen after one month, two months, six months, years? Will you be happy? That's what I love to think about. Watching you, change your life is what makes me happy. When you train Moore, you live more.
My favorite client story
When Danika had her sisters wedding in 6 months, she was getting nervous. She was afraid that when her family develops the photos after her sister's wedding, she'd be picked out as fat in her bridesmaids dress. Now, even though thats a little extreme of a feeling, we all have felt that. And all she needed was a push. Danika was a collegiate Volley-ball Player 5 years ago. She got sucked into a 55+ hour work week and was no longer motivated to be active. She played co-ed softball once a week, but lacked a solid diet and didn't know where to start in the gym. Danika started with me. She trained 2x a week for 6 months. Danika lost 30lbs, 6% body Fat, and 5 Inches from her body. She attended all of the wedding events and was so proud of her accomplishments that after the wedding she went on a Caribbean Vacation to showcase her bod. That's what MooreFitness is about.
