Hi! I’m a lifelong athlete, former Division I scholarship track student athlete and IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. I love educating individuals on proper training and enjoy creating plans that meet your individualized/unique needs and abilities.
A typical training session with me will include active warmups, resistance training and cardio along with flexibility and mobility work. I believe a good trainer can explain the movements and purpose of the movements to their client simplistically and in a way the client understands in order to be able to incorporate the methods even when not working one on one with the trainer.
